Convert my 5975C Pfeiffer Tubro to an Edwards

I would like to change my Agilent 5975C MSD turbo pump from a Pfeiffer to an Edwards. From what I can tell Agilent only has a wiring harness for a Pfeiffer pump/controller. I have a 5973N turbo pump wiring harness and it looks like I may be able to use this. The AC power board which the turbo pump controller gets its power from and signals is the exact same board and part number as the 73N.

Has anyone ever done this before?
