You may need to get the firmware on a memory card (Compact Flash I believe) and update it that way.Our lab obtained a used G1323B handheld module to use with our 1100 systems. When I plug it in one of the CAN ports, it boots, but keeps rebooting itself. My guess is the firmware is outdated. The current one is B.02.01, the most recent one from Agilent is B.04.03. I found the software online, when I run it I get a Command screen with several options, but none of them seems to be doing anything to update the module.
