My sample log table wont retain sample weight, internal standard weight or density information when I prepare a sequence. I can run the sample and put the information in after the fact to obtain my report.

I've been unable to identify any settings that might cause this. It is a new installation of MSD on a new installation of Windows 7 Pro.

If there's any other information that I could add to help clear up this issue, I'll gladly post it.

I'd love to know if anyone else has seen this?
I haven't encountered this but you could try installing Service Pack 2 for that software revision. It can be found on the Agilent website. Hope that helps!
I'll give that a try. Thanks. :)
