Hi
I want to know about method of HPLC analysis of Potassium salt of Phenol

Once it gets into an aqueous mobile phase, any salt will dissociate. Therefore, as far as HPLC is concerned, the potassium salt of phenol = phenol.

Similar to a question asked of me Wednesday: how much was salicylic acid, and how much was sodium salicylate. Use some acid in your aqueous portion of the mobile phase, along with methanol or ACN, RP-18, and UV detection.
