Hi Everyone,

I am trying to quantitatively determination of omega 3, 6, and 9 in olive oil etc. samples. In AOCS Ce 1i-07 official method, 1mg BHT/mg sample was requested during the methylation step. Would any one who has worked or is familiar with this method tell me if it is just a typo or not? It seems a lot to me.

Thank you in advance,
yanyan
I got an answer from AOCS - they did use BHT as 1 mg/mg sample.
