Agilent 1100 labview error

Hello.
I'm trying to hook up a Agilent 1100 system to a computer via ethernet and control it through labview with the ag1100 drivers.
I've managed to get the computer to talk to the system and assign it an IP-address but when I run the pump example it returns "Error 10000501 syntax error".

I haven't been able to find and documentation about this error code and since it's a proprietary driver I cannot open up the VI that's causing the trouble (the configure pump one). The pump in the system is a G1311A that should be supported by the drivers.

Very thankful for any kind of help, I'm totally stuck here...

I have now contacted Agilent via email but while waiting for answers I've been thinking about other ways to control the system. Does anyone know if it's possible to control the LC-system without labview/chemstation/other software by just sending certain commands to it through lan or serial port? I've been fine-combing Agilents website but haven't found any command list or other useful information.
