Hi,
Do you have issues with your H-Class or H-Class bio auto sampler cooling engine? We have an H-Class bio Waters system for three years and about to change the cooling engine of the auto sampler the second time (malfunctions about every 1.5 years)!
Thanks,
Debby
Hi,

The sample manager, Do you leave it at a low temp all the time. Over time ice can build up and cause the unit to malfunction. Not control temp correctly. If that was the case a defrost would help.
Also, the sm door needs to be kept closed as the more moisture in the unit the harder is has to work.
The engine should last longer than 1.5yrs with proper use.
