MDEA analysis by GCFID?

Im looking for a method to analyze methyl diethanolamine, a tertiary amine, used for gas treatment. Anybody know of any methods for its analysis by GCFID
I'd make trimethylsilyl derivatives using a solvent like DMF, and use a DB-5 or DB-1 type capillary.

We don't assay for MDEA here, but we have done MEA, DEA, and TEA similar to what I stated.
Is this a trace or bulk analysis? What is your sample matrix?
