Hello, I'm new in this forum and at HPLC method too.
I use a REZEX ROA H+ column for Organic Acid, at 75°C using H2SO4 like eluent.
Normally a run is 40min and I can see Lattic A., Succinic A., Acetic A., Formic A., Propionic A., Isobutirric A. Butirric, Isovaleric A. and Valeric A.
Friday I try a run of 90 minutes and I found a new peak at 47 min.
question is: Someone know what It could be? or How can I know what it could be?
Thanks a lot
