Configuration of 6890N in OpenLab

I previously had a 6890 with one FID detector on OpenLab software which worked great. We decided to upgrade to an instrument with two channels and bought a used 6890N with two FID detectors. I reconfigured the software for the new instrument, but now can only see the signal from channel 1. When I click the "change" button in the online signal view, my options are: "signal 1: front detector" and "signal 2: n/a". When I choose signal 2, there is nothing on the screen. The FID for the back detector works great, it ignites and I see a value in the GC front panel.
On a related note, there is an issue with the front FID. It is not getting any hydrogen to ignite the flame. There is a T junction from the tank to both detectors but when I turn on the flow for the H2 to the front, I get nothing. Hardware issue in the front, software issue in the back.
Any help would be appreciated!
