Hi All,

We are planning to purchase new UPLC-MS system (Triple Quadrupole) and thinking about Waters Acquity I-Class with AB Sciex API 5500 MS. We are focused on bioequivalence studies.
1.Has anyone experience with these models and what do you think about it?
2. Which one is better in regards of carryover - Waters Acquity SM-FTN or SM-FL?

Thanks in advance!

I'm using Ab Sciex 3200 qtrap. I think you have to look for both LC part and MS part.
AB can use lc from different vendors like agilent, shimadzu, eksigent. Water thy have their own lc.
AB ionisation is simple for cleaning. Water is a little bit complicated but they claimed it is more sensitive.
The best way to compare is to prepare two identical set of your samples and send it to them for analysis on same models you mentioned above and when you get the results you can decide which system is suitable for you.

I-Class specification: pH 2 to 12
Using of e.g. TFA is not recommended by Waters
