hp-gc 6980 injection issues

I am working hp-gc 6980 and having issues with the injections the injections are random and they are not reproducible . The injection of standard are ranging from 56,000 to 74,000i need to know how can i correct this issue so that all these standard injections are in reproducible range. Thanks
