Anyone has experience with Metrohm IC system?

Since we have problems using Dionex IC system with both current or chemial suppression mode (mainly suppressors), we are thinking about running unsuppressed mode to detect cations. The major question is: if is it true that the background noise is extremely low with Metrohm pumping system and detectors? My analytes are amine-containing small molecules. Is a level of LOQ around 0.1 ppm attainable?

I'd like to know people's hand-on experience with Metrohm IC systems. Thanks.
