Entech 7100A/Agilent 7890A/5975 TO-15 Air Method

Does anyone use an Entech 7100A pre-concentrator for TO-15 VOA air method? I've been trying to develop a method for the past 3 months and am having no success whatsoever. Can you give us a general idea of what the sampler is not doing for you?
