Transfering backup

We have a new HPLC, and have a thumb drive with our back up info on it. How do we transfer this data to the new computer (with Empower) attached to our HPLC?
You need to make project backups from the old computer and restore the project backups on the new computer. If you are upgrading from Empower 2 to Empower 3, then when you restore on Empower 3, it will automatically update the Oracle database for the project.
If you are upgrading from an earlier version of Empower, this automatic database upgrade may or may not happen. In this event you will need to contact Waters to figure out how you are supposed to manually upgrade the database.
