I am trying to use Empower 3 to run a 6890Plus GC with a 7673 autosampler and a G1512A controller. The 6890Plus GC has dual injectors and FID Detectors but I am only using one side and do not have a column connected to other side. Empower 3 controls the GC and sets the injector, detector and oven temps but it never makes an injection as the GC never gets to a ready state. On the front panel of the GC always get flow, pressure and set temperature errors for the side I do not have a column connected so GC never gets to ready state.
Any suggestions on how to get this configuration to work.

Thanks
As long as it's not ready, there will be no injection made.
There is a calculation going on by using your column ID, length, flow, temperature, pressure, ...
As long as that's not OK, you will get NOT READY.
I guess you need to put on a column, or maybe a plug and turn flow off?
