Agilent 1200 mwd problem

New to hplc with no help. I am running an Agilent 1200 with a mwd. The deut. lamp died so I replaced the lamp. I had good peaks, left for the night and when I came in in the morning, the peaks have disappeared. I am thinking it is a connection problem because I still have peaks in my fluores. detector. Has anyone seen this or know what can be replaced?

Power down the detector and then turn it back on to let it run its self-test. If the new lamp has failed, it should fail the POST with an error code that should give you some information as to the problem. If it passes, make sure that the controller is talking to the detector (again, there should be a specific error message if it isn't). Assuming all that checks out OK, look to see if the wavelength setting is correct.
