Chromatography Simulation software

OK, so it should be relatively easy to predict and simulate what a 15-min preparative chromatogram of Mixture A would look like if we knew what a 3-min analytical run of the same mixture looked like, right? If all components of Mixture A can be separated on an analytical run, and if the two columns are packed with the same material, and if the gradients and linear velocities are matched along with other parameters like temperature, mobile phases, and others, then a software should be able to simulate all peaks of a prep run. But I cannot find any software that specifically does this! Is it possible that none exists?
DryLab certainly does that (and has for over 15 years):

I talked to someone familiar with Drylab who said that is not as easy as taking ONE analytical run and transferring over to a prep run, but I will check again. Thank you.
I'm not sure that TWO runs is particularly onerous, but since you are only tweaking the physical parameters, not the chemistry, you can easily enter a "fake" second calibration run to keep the program happy and just go from there.
