Hi guys i am using phenomenex rezex roa h+ for organic acids....the normal presssure mentioned for the column at 0.5ml/min is 610 psi....but i dont know how while preparing standards and analyzing them the pressure increased to 667psi...i washed the column after removing guard column from opposite side for 14 hrs but pressure is still 667psi....is it going to be very problemetic in future....
Back pressure monitored from your system is not 100% the backpressure caused from the column, also tubings, splitters etc. count.
If your back pressure will be stable now, there is no reason to worry.
