I can't remember the exact version of ChemStation, but we use it on a 7890 so it must be relatively new. Anywho, for some reason, on certain user accounts, pulling up the offline data analysis seems to go off without a hitch except the window in which a chromatogram shows up is completely black on some Windows user accounts and shows up just fine on others. It is used in conjuntion with an MS and we've made sure everything was set up for both. The previous computer we ran this on showed everything just fine, so I was wondering if maybe there is a user specific file or set of files that needs to be set up on each account to display things correctly? I don't think it's a method or library issue as each account loads the same methods and NIST libraries. Any thoughts? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Go to "edit colors" on the tool bar and reset the colors to something other than black. I have seen this on a D 02 xx install. Somehow the color display section of the .ini gets screwed up.

I never got a chance to look at this but they said they just set up another account that managed to work and IT doesn't want to pursue it any further. I could take a peek later on to see if that's how they fixed it, but either way thank you for the help!
