conversion of Gradient run to isocratic run

I have run a Gradient program on HPLC and the peaks were well resolved. Now I would like to change the gradient program to isocratic. Is there any simple formulae for converting gradient run to isocratic run.

Increase %B by 30% to start with your isocratic test run. You will need some trials.
