In line check valves

I'd like to be able to position my Dionex AS40 autosamplers under the countertop so I can make better use of the limited surface area I have. There is plenty of volume and push from the autosampler to fully load my injection loop - but I've noticed that the residual sample in the line connecting the autosampler to the injection valve flows back down into the autosampler. I should have anticipated this - gravity is a pretty reliable force.

Does anyone know of any check valves that can be used in with PEEK tubing to prevent this back flow?

Or of any fittings that will allow me to use the same check valves as my pumps (I have ICS1000s and 3000s) but in the line connecting the autosampler to the injection valve?

Or any other suggestions for ways to prevent backflowing down to the AS40?

I have very short technicians so building up isn't as much of an option.
Thanks!

Might something like this do? I have a similar unit in PEEK as well, but need to figure out who made it. Upchurch perhaps?

More in a bit.

The one I have is the CV3000, which will increase your void volume and possibly cause some bandspreading depending upon where you install it.

Hope this helps!

Great! These look like exactly what I need. Volume doesn't bother me as the AS40 samplers hold lots of sample and these will be prior to the injection valve.
