My biggest issue now is what to do with or how to handle all the extraneous peaks in the injection that elute in addition to the DMF. If they were consistent from injection to injection I wouldn't be so worried. However, aside from the DMF and a few other peaks, the extra stuff is not very consistent.
I've made just empty vial injections in the past and peaks are still present. Where are they coming from? The air in the lab or the vials and caps themselves? Probably both.
My main reason for approaching the Forum today is to see if others before me have asked for this same type of help or have found themselves in a similar situation. If so, please paste the thread link in a response. No sense in tying something over again.
So if I were to ask a question to start with it would be this, which manufacturer has the cleanest vials and caps for FET work?
Thanks for reading
