Problem with Agilent ICF 2.1 and Citrix Enterprise Empower

We have validated the software installed on our LAC/e Server and our Citrix Servers using an Agilent 1260. The driver versions are as follows.
Waters Agilent LC - 2.1
Agilent IC Framework - 1.5
Agilent IC Framework LC Drivers - 1.5

Currently, we are trying to create Chromatographic Systems (systems are a 1200 (w/ FC), 1100 (w/ FC), & 1260) as 'AgilentLC'. When we open the Run Samples window, the instrument interface does not populate. However, we can operate the user interface when we open Empower through the LAC/e (Remote Desktop).

the Firmware on the validated Agilent 1260 was as follows:
G1311B: A.06.50
G1367E: A.06.50
G1316C: A.06.50
G4212A: A.06.52
G1321B: B.06.50
G1364C: A.06.50

Has anyone in a citrix environment had users' screens flicker and freeze up when trying to connect to an 'AgilentLC'?

You probably need to install this patch on your Citrix servers.

KB955962

Have you installed the same ICF and Agilent items on your Citrix client stack? If not, this is the problem... no drivers on the Citrix client, can't see everything on the control screen.

Thanks for the reply.

As a note, I moved companies. The resolution was an issue with the Windows update. Thank @empowerguru for finding that one.

We are seeing something similar albeit different in my new location. It seems like that the order for installing the June 2011 DP and Agilent ICS is causing a similar errror...
I know I know, why are we installing June DP? Business decision so they don't have to upgrade instrument firmware.
