I am fairly new to this. I had a run yesterday of approximately 12 samples. The first 6 went to results and had reports. The last 6 went to injections and were integrated, but had no results. Any thoughts? There was nobody there to change things half way through.

Review them all and see if the peak windows need to be adjusted, if the processing method settings are excluding peaks etc. Also check the sample set and make sure that they were all set to either be processed normally or to be quantitated at the end.

I suspect a tablespace issue. I'd have a look at the tablespace in the relevant project and add more if the project tablespace is "full" or nearly so.

^also quite true.

Also - check the message center. It will frequently yield a clue when there's a problem.

My report says "Error Log" "Basic LC Peaks Table group contains information that doesn't match the data being reported" Like I said, I'm completely new to this, so simple instructions would be appreciated-Thanks!

not usually a big deal - probably the result of including a column in the table that has no corresponding info in the sample set or processing method.

Hello!

I am just wondering if someone knows how to switch off the password requirement that pops up when I want to save or delete something in Empower 2?
Although I changed my user account policies, it still pops up. I couldn't find anything in the manual or the internet.
I'd be very grateful for any help!

Thanks a lot
Nora

If the project you are working in has Full Audit Trail on, you're stuck. No way to change that, no shutting off at least some password entry requirements.

If you make a new "non-FAT" project, you will not have to do all the password entering, but you probably can't copy much from the FAT project into the non-FAT version.
