Dear Friends,

I need to process some polysacharide samples (MW 4500) for HPLC analysis. Part of the problem is to remove salts. I have considered the use of GPC or GFC materials abvailable in cartridge form.

Do you know of any other SPE-type materials that could be used for this? The obvious need is to remove salts without any carbohydrates being lost.

Thanks,

josebenjamin

you can try desalting by hplc

There is also ultrafiltration or even dialysis.
Dear friends,

Thanks for the comments above. What I would like to hear are some comments from people with practical experience using disposable SPE-type cartridges for sample desalting.
