Please help. I am currently running GC/ms with headspace. I am using toluene as a standard with DMSO as matrix. I am able to see peaks in chromatogram but peaks are not well resolved my RSD is very poor it looks like my analyte is not eluting off completely. I have tried to adjust pressurization time loopfill. Was going to try injection time next because though maybe sample was not making it through transfer line but I do not see any carryover effect that makes sense between injections. Any suggestions???
