Could any one share HPLC condition & sample preparation for L-Cysteine in finished dosage form.
A Little Google will help you!

HPLC analysus for cysteine :
1) detector : RF 535 flurescence spectrophotometer operating excitation of 300 nm and emission of 380 nm .
2) column : 100 × 4.6 mm C18
3) mobile phase :
a) solution A : 800 ml water + 200 ml acetonitrile + 1 ml acetic acid + 1 ml phosphoric acid
b) solution B : 200 ml water + 800 ml acetonitrile + 1ml acetic acud + 1ml phosphoric acid
mix solution A with B ( 25% : 75% ) ( A : B )
4) flow rate : 0.5 ml/min
5) inj. volume : 20 micro litre
Hi pH/Amr Tarek ,

Why are you preparing the mobile phase like this ?
It can be prepared as a 350 ml water + 650 ml acetonitrile + 1 ml acetic acid + 1 ml phosphoric acid.
I do cysteine with GC (FID or MSD).
