OK....I am having some issues with Empower 2 reports.

The reports I am generating include the concentration calculated by the software. For the standards, the concentrations are reporting fine. However, in the same reports, the controls and unknowns have concentrations that are reporting as 10 fold less than they should (but...the standard deviations are calculating as they should based on the correct concentration).

Example--

Control Value--20.0 ug/ml
Concentration is reporting as- 2.064 ug/ml (should actually be 20.64)
% Deviation is still reporting as should- 3.20%

Any ideas on how to fix this?
Check your processing method - is it set for conc. or amount? If amount, do you have the right dilution factor for samples?
Thanks,
DR

After checking it appears that one setting was for concentration...one for amount. After I changed both to concentration it fixed the problem!!! Thank you sooo much...I never would have looked at that and this has been driving me crazy for 6 months!

So thank you!!! :P
