I wanted to assay the triflic acid content using my GCMS. The compound has a BP of 162C but never
seems to come off my column (HP5). Anybody have any experience with this compound?

Yes, but not for chromatography. It is a very strong acid, especially in non-aqueous liquids. I would think it would tend to react with your column rather than elute in a nice peak. But that is based on my experience with using it in inorganic synthesis.

I agree with Steve, I would not expect this compund to make it through a GC inlet and an HP5 column. Some sort of derivatization would be needed.
