HELP WITH PHYCOCYANIN ANALYSIS

Hi All.
Dear member, I am trying to analize Phycocyanin, this is a photopigment present in algae, I wonder if some body have some experience wtih that or if some body knows to somebody who knows to somebody who...
This is and unusual anlyte, almost for me and I dont have to analyze it on algae a have to analyzed on other marine species
.
I have a HPLC/PDA that I think I can use, but this is a Bilyprotein (something new for me)
