Hi Everyone
I've been working with TotalChrom now for about 2 years and recently the company decided to switch from stand alone work stations to the Client server version. Not an easy transition by any means, still trying to iron out problems, one of which is using the IRIS program for spectral analysis like peak purity, spectral derivatives etc..
we are finding that you can do the analysis but when you come to print the report all we get is the title and a blank page. So far the response from PE has been slow in trying to rectify this, we can print the report if we log directly into the server and so it seams like the system has a problem in transmitting the report direct to the work station, obviously we don't want to be logging into the server to do this on a regular basis. My question is have you guys seen this before? any advice would be welcome.
