Alfaclcidol 0.25 mcg capsules assay

Can anyone suggest me the method of estimation of alfacalcidol 0.25 mcg from softgel capsule?
Alfacalcidol HPLC analysis :
1) mobile phase : (hexane : tetrahydrofuran : methylene dichloride : isopropanol) (72 : 12 : 12 : 4)
Note/ sonicate and degass the mobile phase well
2) column : silica gel column (5 micron)
Note / dont use C18 column
3) detector : UV 254 nm
4) flow rate : 2 ml/min
