I have to analyze formulation using ESI mass spec. I have 2.5% Polysorbate 80 and 10% PEG in it. How do I remove them and analyze my API and impurities. I am worried it might contaminate or cause ion suppression in mass spec.

Is there a way to elute them in one or two min and divert first two min in waste?
You should look into Turbulent Flow Chromatography, which is used to separate unwanted matrix components from analytes.
