Anybody know the symptoms of a turret motor failure on the HP7673B injector tower? Ours is 'stuttering' upon starting a sequence/run and is unable to spin around to the correct position to accept the vial from the gripper.

Make sure there is nothing jamming it or it is just sticky first. Otherwise Restek sells the motors I believe and you can buy entire used injectors from Gentech and several other refurbishing companies. I think there are some companies that have exchanges for them.

Mostly I've observed that the turret is not 100% seated on the shaft/indexing pin.
