Hi,

Has anyone had experience with Agilent folks providing service on Waters HPLC-MS and UPLC-MS (Acquity) systems? If so, how would you rate them compared to Waters service? Thank you.
We are using Agilent to service Waters systems (HPLC/QMicro, UPLC/TqD and UHPLC) for 5 months now. I must say Agilent's engineers are as good as Water's, response time is similar to Waters, a bit longer overall but not much. Agilent will subcontract the service with other companies if they do not have the know how, that's happened for our TqD and for an AA system from Perkin Elmer. The quality of those subcontracted services is as good as Agilent's (which in my opinion is pretty good).

In case it is important, our lab is in Spain.
