Gerstel DHS and TDU system cooling problem

So I have a TDU from Gerstel and it's taking a long time between cooling and desorbing the sample. Its down to temperature (-145 C) and all other parameters are good, but still takes seven minutes of hang time until the MPS transfers the trap to the TDU. The message it gives me for why it's not continuing is this, "Waiting for sync signal start (TTL-Ln1)". It use to not take so long. If you have any ideas on how to fix this problem that'd be great.
