Phosphate Buffer in LC-MS

Hi,

I'm using 5mM Ammonium Phosphate, pH 7.0 (with Ammonia)/Acetonitrile = 50/50 to separate my polar compounds on a HILIC column using HPLC. Has anyone some advise how i could transfer this method to the LC-MS without clogging everything up and getting Ion Suppression? Is a concentration like that maybe even okay for use with the LC-MS?

I'd appreciate any advise on this,

many thanks!

Phosphates are a No-Go in LC-MS and in MS, generally. If you have to use buffer, try Ammonium formate.
