Second hand software for resurrecting an old Dionex IC

Hi,

Does anyone know of any 'second hand' or generic software alternatives for running an old ion chromatograph? The system is running OK, but we need software to collect the detector signal. An old version of Chromeleon or PeakNet would be great, but are these available? Are there any generic chromatography software systems that can handle IC with electrochemical detection? (Clarity does not seem to be able to)

How old a Dionex ? Very old and all you have is analogue out in which case anything from an integrator to any a/d based data system. If you want digital aquisition and control then you are probably best looking at Dionex

Hi Alastair,

I would suggest you contact your local Thermo Sales Rep and they should be able to help you.

As it is an 'old' IC, I would suspect that it will use DxLan for it's connectivity. In which case Chromeleon 6.8 would be your only potential option if you want to control the instrument.

Thanks
