in base line, it shows huge absorbance in 225 nm. How can get rid of it?
More details, please!
What do you mean by "blank sample"? is it a solvent injection or a blank run without injection?
What does "huge absorbance" mean? A single peak? Multiple peaks? t0 noise? Baseline drift?
What flow, what mobile Phase, what HPLC System, compound dissolved in??
