Hi everybody

I have a somewhat hunchback-shaped peak I have to integrate (it is a customer's method I have to use, so rule number 1: improve chromatography is not applicable here :( ):

Whatever values I enter in the Peak detection fields, quanlynx always splits the peaks in two at the little valley. Does anybody know how to get it to treat this as one peak?
Thanks a lot,
Jörg
There are a few parameters that you can change to improve integration of your chromatography, they are:
  • set a higher value for response threshold (area and/or height)
  • set a higher baseline threshold% value
  • smooth out the peak to make shoulder disappear by either increasing the number of smoothing iterations and/or the window size (scans) that are smoothed per iteration (default is 1 iteration per 2 scans)
Hope this helps!
