is there any problem with injecting DMSO LCMS system?

If you inject a small amount of a reasonably dilute solution of dmso, such as happens if you have a standard chemical solution in DMSO at high concentration, that you have used to prepare standard curve dilutions in a more friendly solvent, then No, there is not a problem.

If you inject larger amounts, yes, it will linger for ages and ionise strongly, which may be annoying, especially if (1) you are looking to collect good full-spectral data; (2) you are using an instrument where sensitivity is limited by total number of ions, e.g. many ion-traps; (3) you happen to be analysing something with the same mass as DMSO or its cluster ions.

is there any possibility to dissolve the seal, which cause injection volume issues?

I used a lot of DMSO on HPLC and UPLC of flavone glycosides and never had an issue. The only issue I ever had was when I was using UV 280 and reverse phase it didn't all come out in the void volume and it distored the baseline for the first 10 minutes. Also keep in mind the high viscocity. I'd inject 10ul of 20% DMSO.
