GC Agilent 7890 "autostart macro failed, error # 41086"

Dear fellas,,

I have trouble with my GC's connection to CPU.
There is a command "autostart macro field, error # 41086 occured" when starts the chemstation software.
FYI, I uses GC Agilent 7890 A and Windows XP SP3 OS on my desktop.

Anyone can help me?

I had a error like this before, but the GC is Agilent 6890N.
Last time, I have installed the software again.
Please try to do like that.
