High pressure after running for several hours

Hi All, I've recently developed a problem with my ICS-1000. After running for several hours (usually between 3-5 hours) at a stable pressure (~1400 - 1500 psi), the ICS will quickly shoot up to 3000 psi, which causes the pump to shut off. The pump head and check valves have all been replaced recently, and it was running perfectly for about a month after their replacement before this problem started occurring. Any thoughts on what the issue could be?

Does the pressure go up over the course of several injections or is it an immediate spike? After the pump turns off due to the high pressure and you go to turn it on again, is the pressure still high or is it back to normal?

It is an immediate spike. If I shut it off and restart it, it's back to normal

If it's an immediate spike and you're reasonably certain that there are no particulates being introduced into the flow path (samples are filtered, the pump and injection valve have been serviced recently, etc.) then I would suspect a faulty pressure transducer.
