Dear members,
I want to transfer a LC method developed before from the LC to LCMS,
which method was developed for LC-ELSD oringinally. I successfully did it.
but I want be sure if the concentration is too high for LC Mass?
it is 0.1M NH4OAc /HOAc.
thank you.

That sounds about 10X high. I'd try cutting it down by successive factors of 3 and see what happens.

You can get a wide range of concentration recommendations. The least amount of buffer that works for your application is always best. My rule of thumb is less than 10 mM.
