Varian 3800 Injection

Hi all,
I have a Varian CP-3800 GC equipped with Combi-PAL autoinjector. When I want to inject manually, the following error is appeared:

"The automation calls for injection, but instrument is incomplete"

So, I have to inject while the instrument is not ready.

Also, In the "Autosampler" tab in the software, I select "None" for autosampler type.

Any help?

you should select "manualy" option in sample list or single automation and wait to instrument ready. there is no need to change autosampler to "none" whole auto sampler installed because the softre automatically configure with all hardware.
