Dear All,

Please help if any body has an Assay by HPLC method & sample preparation as well for Diclofenac Potassium Soft

gelatin capsules.

Regards,

Roji.
you can look it up in USP for active substance with allowed modifications.
best regards
We have tried using USP method for tablets but ot very sucessful in sample extraction as ours is a soft gelatin formulation.

We have a doubt that the drug is not getting extracted out from the gelatin shell.
Hi

Have you looked at the Diclofenac sodium tablets sample preparations as well in USP? One of them includes heating and chilling in order to improve extraction from "waxy materials".
