Can anyone help me out with Sephadex LH-20 in column chromatography?
How to pack this material in open column and how to load the sample which is to be purified?
Thanks in advance.

You're welcome. Google is your friend.
Thank you for the doc. Can you tell me how to calculate bed volume in simple terms? It would be grateful.
Bed volume refers to the volume of packing material in your column. Look up the formula for calculating volume based on column length and radius, or is it diameter? I never remember these things so I always look them up to get it right
