Hi,

I have a Dionex P680 LPG which frequently send the following error message:

"The degasser vaccum is insufficient for propper degazzing"

Can I fix the problem on my own by replacing some parts of the pump, or there is nothing to do excepted to contact Dionex to request for an estimate?

Thank you
It may be faulty vacuum sensor in degasser, leaks in degasser or anything else.
I think that degasser is not serviceable by Thermo. They simply install new assembly - quite pricey :-)
