We do not detect any peaks with our LCQ Classic. The diagnostics all check out except for the multipole 1 offset. We have tried cleaning the mass analyzer and stack but the reading remains around -132 although it is set at -3. Any ideas on what could be causing the fault?

If I remember right all optics are controlled by the big PCB on the right side.. Not much to due expect exchange the PCB if that is the case.. You could be lucky that it is a power supply but than I would expect other optics to act strange also...
Sorry..
Sorry..
Kind regards
